Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Seloure AI for your use of the Seloure AI app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. You must be 18 or older

Seloure is an adult product. You may use it only if you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. If you are under 18, you may not use Seloure.

2. What Seloure is — and what it is not

Seloure lets you talk with AI characters. Every character is fictional and every character photo is a synthetic image, not a photograph of a real person. You are never matched with, or messaged by, another human being through Seloure, and no other user can see your profile or your chats.

Replies are generated by a large language model. They can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate, and they do not represent our views. Seloure is provided for entertainment and companionship. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional or for a person who can actually help you. 3. Your account

You may use Seloure as a guest, or link an email address. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can receive your sign-in code can reach your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data afterwards.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Seloure to:

• produce, request or pursue any sexual content involving minors, or content that presents a character as a minor, in any form;
• harass, threaten, or incite violence or self-harm;
• generate content that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate a real person, or attempt to make a character represent a specific real individual;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the app, or try to extract our prompts, models or data;
• circumvent message limits, paid features, or moderation.

We run automated moderation on what you send and on what the model produces. Messages that trigger moderation are retained as an audit trail — see the privacy policy.

5. Purchases

Seloure may offer paid features, such as a premium subscription or in-app coins. All purchases are made through your Apple Account and are handled by Apple, not by us. Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms, not by us. Coins and other consumable items are not refundable once used, and have no cash value outside the app.

If we withdraw a paid feature, we will not charge you for a renewal of something you can no longer use.

6. Content

The app, the characters, their images and the software are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them.

What you write in a chat stays yours. We process it to run the service — which, as the privacy policy explains, includes sending it to our AI provider so a reply can be produced.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Seloure. We may also update these terms; if we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 4, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Seloure is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Seloure is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Seloure or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. These terms are between you and us.
